By downloading or using Forkfolio ("the app"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Forkfolio is a personal recipe management app. You may use it to save, organise, and view recipes for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for the content you save within the app.
Forkfolio is available as a one-time purchase of $4.99 CAD on the App Store. This grants you lifetime access to the app and all current features. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
The app, including its design, code, icons, and branding, is the intellectual property of Forkfolio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app or any part of it.
Recipes you import from external websites remain the intellectual property of their original authors. Forkfolio simply provides a convenient way to save and view them for personal use.
You retain ownership of any recipes, images, or other content you create within the app. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
We strive to keep Forkfolio available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may release updates, modify features, or discontinue the app at any time.
Forkfolio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or inability to access the service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
